Pre-Workout meal ideas

Today I’m bringing some easy meal ideas and recipes to back it up. I wouldn’t leave you hanging 😉

I have it broke down down into a more whole foods meals on the left when you have 1 hour or more before your workout and more time to digest properly. To the right are some meals/snacks better suited for when you are more time crunched as in less than 1 hour prior to training as they are faster digesting
