FITNESS

Movement is Medicine. Wether its the gym a hiking trail, or yoga studio, fitness has transformative power. When we build our strength physically, we simultaneously build ourselves mentally. In fact any physical change you see is often a fraction of what is happening on the inside. I want to help you develop a fitness roadmap that empowers you! Around here fitness is not limited to shrinking waistlines but expanding our strengths, both body and mind. Its about becoming more not less.  

NUTRITION

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I work with the innate intelligence of the human body through supportive nutrition. From cell to skin not the other way around. Its my passion and my mission to help others take charge of their own health from the inside out. Nourishing your body should be an empowering experience, and one that fits you, the individual.

Dear First Responders,

Are you ready for the truth? The truth that we can only show up for others to the degree that we show up for ourselves. Here is your permission slip, to take care of YOU. I know it goes against your nature. I know you signed up to place the lives of others before your own. I know the nature to put yourself last follows you home. I know once you adopt that mindset it becomes part of who you are on duty or off. Heres the thing, we signed up to place others lives before our own in the event we are called to! We are Not supposed to live from that place all the time. Living from last place is not a badge of honor or act of selflessness. It is simply not sustainable and will lead you to the very things that will keep you from doing your job well or doing it at all. Things like Injury, Substance abuse, Disease, Mental health issues and Burnout. I understand the challenges, the exhaustion the highs and lows. I know you because I am you. I want to help you to START taking care of you, so that you can thrive in your career, to serve with integrity and to live out those well deserved retirement years beyond your career.
